The
TT is the worlds most famous motorcycle race, renowned
since 1907 as the ultimate test of man and machine. For
the thousands of fans who travel to the Isle of Man each
year it is a pilgrimage to the shrine of motorcycling.
This racing motorcycle video dvd documentary captures
the spirit and character that surrounds the festival through
the eyes of those involved in it. Through director Andy
Sticklands candid approach, the real
TT is seen on film for the first time. It reveals the
emotions, fears and thrills, throughout the fortnight,
that go hand-in-hand with the excitement of the racing.
It offers an all-access pass to the pit lane tensions,
and gives an angle to the TT that is seldom, if ever,
seen by the spectator. Interviews with the riders, spectators
and officials deliver a very honest commentary, supported
by the actual Radio TT broadcasts from the 2003 festival.
This is the closest youll get to the unmistakable
experience of a TT fortnight without crossing 70 miles
of Irish Sea. The TT has been crying out for a film to
be made about it that captures the magic of the event,
that explains why so many of the greatest racers in the
world have been drawn to the Island despite its dangers
and why so many fans make their annual pilgrimage to the
festival. Well here it is: the inside story; a celebration;
an understanding. This is TT A Film Documentary.

There's
nothing remotely like it anywhere in the wide world
of motorcycle and motorsports. Only the notorious TT
Mountain Course presents its challengers with over 37
miles of public roads to attack at mind-boggling speeds.
The ultimate challenge has been there since 1907, and
in 2003 Ireland's Adrian Archibald was the one to conquer
it in determined, ultra high-speed style on his 1000cc
TAS Suzuki. Sadly, Archibald's win in the Duke F1 was
to be dedicated to his TAS teammate David Jefferies,
2002's fastest man and outright lap record holder, who
was fatally injured in a practice accident. Later in
the week, the Ulsterman set a runaway 126+mph average
pace in the Senior to achieve a fitting and emotional
win for the TAS Suzuki team. Watch Kiwis Bruce Anstey
and Shaun Harris power their way to victory and marvel
at Molly's sidecar wheel-spinning over the Mountain
to yet one more win! Pull up a chair and we'll soon
have you on the edge of it as we take you through all

What a blast! What a party! The TT is back - bigger and
better than ever before. Records tumbled as road racing's
finest blasted round the course in a maelstrom of high
speed duels and thunderous racing. All eyes were on David
Jefferies. In 2000 he broke the 125mph barrier; in this
year's Duke F1 race he obliterated his own record with
an incredible 126.68mph lap - then went even faster in
the Senior at an astonishing 127.29mph!
TAS Suzuki team-mate Ian Lougher took two wins and three
seconds and there were wins for Jim Moodie and Bruce Anstey.
Rob Fisher became the most successful sidecar racer ever
on the island and Manxman Richard 'Milky' Quayle recorded
a tremendous win in the 400 race! Jam packed with stunning
action highlights, there's plenty of apres-race high-jinks
and mad antics crammed in here too.
This is one-hundred-and-ninety-miles-an-hour action, filmed
from the ground (so close you can almost feel the shockwaves
of the top men blasting past!) and from the air with the
most fantastic pictures yet of two-wheeled missiles hurtling
through the countryside. For electrifying on-board footage
and awesome picture quality that you'll want to slo-mo
time and again, flick into top gear for the offical story
of TT 2002. It rocks!

In
January 2002, at the age of 46, Canadian Mark Gardiner gave
up his job, home and life-savings for a chance to ride in
the Isle of Man TT, the world's greatest and most dangerous
motorcycle road race
One Man's Island is a motorcycle
video documentary portrait of an obsessive quest to fulfill
a boyhood dream. It is a human-interest story with universal
appeal, not simply a motorcycle video for motorcyclists.
It examines the motivation, passion and risk associated
with the quest. It chronicles first hand the events of the
journey. Shot on location on the Isle of Man over the months
leading up to the race, the film uses a distinct form and
style to tell its story. In order to remain true to the
experience, the film is composed only of images and sound
recorded on location. Gardiner's story is expressed in his
own words and through his own voice but framed by the visual
style of director and cinematographer Peter Riddihough.

Welcome
to the official motorcycle video review of the Corona
Extra Superbike World Championship, with over three and
a half hours of awesome action from the fastest production
bikes on the planet! All eyes were on defending champion
James Toseland but his season didnt start on the
right note, when he was left battered and bruised after
crashing in testing at Qatar and Valencia. He didnt
find his rhythm till later on in the year. The Australian
Troy Corser, however, was on the pace from the start.
The only person to crank up the pressure on him was his
fellow countryman Chris Vermeulen who was consistent throughout
the season. It was not enough though, and Troy went on
to claim his second World Superbike crown nearly ten years
after his last in 1996. Every one of the twelve spectacular
rounds from around the world is covered, with multi-camera
coverage of the circuits and in-depth commentary. This
motorcycle video has exclusive DVD extras that include
interviews with Ronald Ten Kate, Team Manager of Ten Kate
Honda Winston, Davide Tardozzi, Team Manager of Ducati
Xerox and Paolo Flammini, CEO of FGSport.
